Founder-owned and corporate carve-out businesses with real cash flow, a defensible market position, and a management team worth backing. We lead with people. The sector follows. We lean toward services, industrial, and specialty.
Real estate: $5M to $75M equity check. Value-add and transitional assets. Primary and secondary metros with liquidity. Off-market preferred.
Business acquisitions: $2M to $20M EBITDA. Founder-owned or corporate carve-out. Strong recurring revenue and a defensible position. Geography flexible.
Co-investment: We selectively partner alongside operators and GPs we know, where we can add more than a check — deal sourcing, operational insight, or network access.
